For all packages, we provide you with the information and vouchers necessary via email the week prior to your departure. If you have not yet received your travel documents, try checking the spam or junk folders of your mailbox. Still, if you have not yet been contacted, expect an email from us shortly.

I missed the coach transfer to the ABBA arena, what do I do?

If you missed the coach transfer, you will need to find your own transportation to reach the arena. It is recommended to arrive at the coach departure location 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time for boarding. Please arrive well in advance to ensure you can locate the correct bus stop and avoid missing the transfer.

Is there a place where I can store bags and coats?

Coats and bags can be left in the cloakroom free of charge for the duration of your visit. There are limited spaces, so please only bring the essentials. Suitcases and large bags will not be allowed into the venue.

Are there any age restrictions?

The recommended age for this event is over 6 years and The Dance Floor area is not recommended for anyone younger than 12. Unfortunately, children under 3 will not be allowed into the venue and those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is the arena suitable for wheelchair users and those whose mobility is limited?

The ABBA arena has step-free entry with plenty of wheelchair seating spaces, 5 accessible toilets and one Changing Places toilet. However these seats must be booked in advance so please do specify in the 'Travelers section' whether you have any special requirements during the booking process.

Is there somewhere to buy food when at the arena?

You’ll find dedicated food service areas and bars located throughout the concourse. Doors to the ABBA Arena open 1 hour 45 minutes before the concert, so you can make the most of the bar and food outlets before the concert starts.

Where do I go to catch the Transfer coach?

Meeting Point: You will be transported to the arena by coach from Evan Evans Tours, 258 Vauxhall Bridge Road, London SW1V 1BS. The departure time will vary based on availability, which will be sent to you 7 days before departure.

What is the cancellation policy and can I modify my booking?

For this package, bookings are non-refundable, and non-amendable therefore we are not able to modify.
