What will happen if our flight/cruise gets delayed?

Our partner monitors all incoming flights. No matter how delayed your flight/cruise is, or how early it arrives, there will be a driver waiting for you. Once the driver has arrived at the pick up location there will be a free waiting period of 30 minutes at no extra cost. If you are not at the meeting point after 30 minutes of the free waiting period you will be charged £0.40 per minute.

Where will my driver be waiting for me?

You will have the benefit of agreeing on a meeting time and point with the driver prior to your trip.

What do I do if I cannot locate my driver?

Once you have booked you will receive the contact details of our partner. Please call the number they will provide you immediately and stay at the arrivals hall, while they locate your driver.

How much luggage can I bring?

In the Saloon Car, the max. hand luggage is three (2), and the max. check-in luggage is three (2).
In the Estate Car, the max. hand luggage is three (4), and the max. check-in luggage is three (3).
In the MPV Car, the max. hand luggage is three (5), and the max. check-in luggage is three (4).

How can I modify or cancel my reservation?

For this package, cancellations made before 15 days of activity date will be charged a 15% cancellation fee. For cancellations made within 15 days of activity date, the cancellation fee is the total price of the reservation. Please contact us via email or through our contact form at any point within the cancellation period to request a modification or cancellation. Our team will review your request and notify you of any fees associated with your requested changes or cancellation prior to making any changes to your booking.
