I missed the walking tour, what do I do?

You have the flexibility to attend the walking tours any day during your stay. Therefore if you have missed your walking tours today, you can present the ticket tomorrow.

Where do I go to begin my walking guided tours?

Meeting point: You can find your guide at the meeting point next to the statue of two men in hats on the 4th Plinth, opposite Canada House and near the entrance to the National Gallery. Look for your Vox City Walks guide holding a blue umbrella.

When do my walking guided tours begin?

The walking tours operate daily for the duartion of 2 hours with The Wizard Walk beginning at 10:00am and The Royals and Landmarks tour at 12:30pm.

How easy is this attraction in terms of walking?

The walking tours are at a moderate difficulty. These walks are reccommended for people with country walking experience and a good level of fitness because of its duration, though you are welcome to depart at any point.

What is the cancellation policy and can I modify my booking?

For this package, bookings are non-refundable, and non-amendable therefore we are not able to modify.
