If there are any inconveniences that should occur, do not worry as you will have the flexibility to amend your schedule up to 15 days before your arranged travel.

Note: There is a 30 minute free waiting period after agreed pick up time. If you are not at the meeting point after 30 minutes you will be charged £0.40 per minute. Except for pick-up at London City Airport, the driver can’t wait for more than 30 minutes because of the recent penalty payment of £20/hour thereafter.

Are children classed as passengers?

YES, as for insurance purposes a child is classed as one (1) passenger.

What will happen if our flight/cruise gets delayed?

Our partner monitors all incoming flights. No matter how delayed your flight/cruise is, or how early it arrives, there will be a driver waiting for you. Once the driver has arrived at the pick up location there will be a free waiting period of 30 minutes at no extra cost. If you are not at the meeting point after 30 minutes of the free waiting period you will be charged £0.40 per minute.

Where will my driver be waiting for me in the airport terminal?

Your driver will be waiting for you near the airport information desk in the arrivals hall with an airport board with your name on.

What do I do if I cannot locate my driver?

Once you have booked you will receive the contact details of our partner. Please call the number they will provide you immediately and stay at the arrivals hall, while they locate your driver.

Can those with mobility issues and special travel requirements be accommodated?

Many of our transfers cater to individuals with mobility issues or special travel requirements, but certain circumstances may arise where we are unable to do so.

This is dependent on the type of transfer you desire, where we can we state accessibility via the choose your service tab or in product information but if you have any doubt please do check with us prior to booking via our contact form.

How much luggage can I bring?

In the Saloon Car, the max. hand luggage is two (2), and the max. check-in luggage is two (2) also.

In the Estate Car, the max. hand luggage is four (4), and the max. check-in luggage is three (3).

In the MPV Car, the max. hand luggage is five (5), and the max. check-in luggage is four (4).

In the 8 Seater Car, the max. hand luggage is eight (8), and the max. check-in luggage is eight (8).

How can I modify or cancel my reservation?

For this package, cancellations made before 3 days of activity date will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. For cancellations made within 3 days of activity date, the cancellation fee is the total price of the reservation. Please contact us via email or through our contact form at any point within the cancellation period to request a modification or cancellation. Our team will review your request and notify you of any fees associated with your requested changes or cancellation prior to making any changes to your booking.
